project Management Support

DLPUK provides hands-on project management for residential and mixed-use developments, helping clients keep control of their project without having to manage every detail themselves. Our role can be tailored around the client, project and existing team, from additional support and oversight through to managing the full delivery process.

We coordinate consultants, contractors, programme, cost, quality and key decisions from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Because our experience extends beyond construction, we also understand how decisions made during delivery can affect funding, sales, revenue and the wider commercial performance of the development.
